Houston’s Hot Chicken Expands to Southern California
The Las Vegas-based Nashville hot chicken restaurant replaces Baja Fresh at Cerritos Promenade
Houston’s Hot Chicken, a chain founded in Las Vegas – with a cult following including YouTube influencers and exotic car aficionados – has opened its first California location in Cerritos. Their menu consists of chicken sandwiches, tenders, loaded fries with customizable sauces.
Commercial West Brokerage represented the Landlord and Tenant in this transaction. Popular Cerritos Promenade is home to national and regional favorites including Starbucks, Panda Express, Wingstop, Crumbl, and more.
Houston’s has seven Las Vegas area locations. Cerritos is the chain’s first California location, with two more under constriction in San Diego and Fresno.
