Commercial West Brokerage helped welcome San Diego-based Pop Pie to the space formerly occupied by Pie Not in Eastside Costa Mesa. They will join a strong list of tenants at 17th Street Promenade, including Starbucks, Sidecar Donuts, Shirley’s Bagels, AT&T and more. Pop Pie features signature all-butter crust pies globally inspired, with influence from Australia, Europe and Asia. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring a variety of pies from pie slices to hand pies to classic meat & vegetarian pies. More about Pop Pie’s new space.
