Chase Lemley

Chase Lemley joined Commercial West Brokerage in 2022 after relocating from Northern California. Chase was previously a top performing associate on the Cushman & Wakefield Pacific - Fresno retail office. Chase’s focus was on full service Tenant and Landlord representation.

Chase has worked with leading national tenants and brings a strong background and work ethic to Commercial West. Chase has a broad range of transaction experience including leasing for national big box retailers (Big Lots - 36,000 SF, Chuze Fitness - 43,000 SF) as well as investment sales. His recent sale transactions include several shopping centers, retail pads, gas stations (7 Eleven, Shell), restaurants (Applebee's), and more.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Pacific - Fresno, Chase attended the University of California Santa Barbara. Chase competed at the Division I level for Swimming and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with an emphasis in Global Relations and Human Interaction.
