Commercial West Brokerage is proud to announce the opening of Mother’s Market on Pacific Coast Highway in Corona Del Mar (CDM). The location, which occupies the former Smart & Final, is the newest of the 11 Mother’s Market and Kitchen locations throughout Southern California.
The new location may be smaller in scale than the Mother’s locations — around 5,000 square feet total — but still offers a full grocery store in addition to an organic juice bar. A new CVS will be co-anchor in the center, scheduled for 2022.
CWB is CDM
Commercial West Brokerage is especially excited about the new CDM location as it caps the corner of leading retailers that Commercial West played a role in. Mother’s co-tenants Jan’s Health Bar, Orange Theory, and Verizon located at this landmark corner were Commercial West deals. Across the street, Chipotle will open in the former Baja Fresh space in early 2022.
