South of Nick’s has opened its doors at the Laguna Collection. Owner Nick Nickoloff – who also owns Nick’s restaurant a few doors down – completely remodeled the space located above GG’s Bistro on South Coast Hwy. Nick’s concept, ‘Mexican Kitchen + Bar’ already has a San Clemente location that serves authentic Mexican dishes with a Southern California flair.
